Principal Dentist
Artur Kyc graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Lublin Medical Academy in Poland, 2002. He has 17 years' experience working mainly in general practice and out of hours dental services. Artur is originally from Poland and has spent the majority of his professional and adult life in the UK working here for over 16 years as a dentist. Dentistry has always been a large part of his life as his mum and brother are also dentists. He is committed to providing the best dental care possible to his patients and to advance his skills by actively continuing his dental education. Artur enjoys all forms of dentistry especially Cosmetic Dentistry and Endodontics.
He is registered with the General Dental Council GDC number-100893.
In his spare time Artur enjoys reading, cooking and exploring Scotland . He’s really passionate about sailing and most importantly, he enjoys being with his family.

Practice Manager
Mirka Kyc is well known by Artur’s patients as the welcoming face behind reception. Working behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of The One Dental Practice since Artur and herself decided to set up the practice. Mirka is a full time mum, wife and manager - let's just say she has her hands full!
Senior Dental Nurse
Kasia Makulska is working at The One dental Practice since 2014 when she started studying Dental Nursing. In December 2015 she has sat her PDA/SVQ exams and has gained THE HIGHEST MARK RECORDED IN SCOTLAND amongst 300 others students. At the same time we would like to highlight Dr Artur Kyc contribution to Kasia’s training within The One Dental Practice Ltd. Kasia is a pleasure to work with as she has a very kind and caring approach when dealing with both patients and staff members within the practice. Her dedication and caring manner has been rewarded as she is now our Senior Dental Nurse. She loves socializing with her friends and in her spare time she is a dedicated animal lover.
